Eligibility to Apply for BBA Program

Target Audience: Students who have successfully completed Class XII from any recognised board or the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) or have any Diploma are eligible to apply for the BBA Program.

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants who have completed Class XII or equivalent in any stream from a recognised board are eligible to apply. Students appearing for their Class XII or equivalent examinations may also apply, provided they successfully complete and qualify before the closure of the admission cycle. Working professionals or graduates seeking a second degree are also welcome, as the program encourages diverse learning journeys.

Note: Applications for the BBA program open early in the calendar year to give learners more time to complete the process. Interested candidates can begin by submitting the online application form along with a nominal, non-refundable application fee. After document verification, eligible applicants will receive an offer of admission with further instructions. Early applications are encouraged to ensure timely processing and confirmation of seats.
The program is open for Indian nationals only. Indian nationals residing outside India can apply for the program but it is mandatory to attend Mid semester and End semester exam in person in any of the cities within India. Exams are not planned to be conducted in outside India locations.

The application portal for BBA Program 2026 will be open from March 4, 2026 to May 31, 2026. Interested candidates can apply during this period.
How to Apply
Admissions will be conducted entirely online through a dedicated portal. Applicants will need to fill the application form, upload the required documents, and submit the application within the specified timeline. All details regarding deadlines, document formats, and eligibility verification will be available on the official admissions portal.
Documents Required
- Photo id card: Aadhaar, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, passport, any other government photo ID card
- Address proof: Aadhaar, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, any other government id with address
- XII marksheet (If pursuing class XII, submit XI marksheet)

No Entrance Exam
There is no separate entrance examination or qualifier process for the BBA Program. Admission is based on Class XII completion and document verification.
Application Fee
Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹ 1,000 to complete the Program application submission process.
Document Submission
All applicants must submit complete and verified documents including Class XII mark sheets, certificates, identification proof, and other required documents as specified in the application form.
Document Verification
All submitted documents will be verified by IIMU. Only applications with successfully verified documents will be processed for admission.
