Make-up Examination in Case of Schedule Clash

In the event that a scheduled examination clashes with an examination of another recognised degree or professional programme, such as CA, CS, or ICWA/CMA, the Institute may conduct a make-up examination within a few days of the originally scheduled examination date, subject to verification of documentary evidence submitted by the student.

A make-up examination fee of INR 2,500 per missed examination day shall be applicable. This fee covers the full set of examinations scheduled on that day, as each examination day comprises assessments for all five courses. The fee is calculated at INR 500 per course × 5 courses.

Students must appear for the complete set of make-up examinations scheduled for that day. Selective appearance for only some of the five course examinations will not be permitted.

Important Notes

Assessment Structure: Each semester includes 2 online quizzes and 2 centre-based examinations (mid-term and end-term).

Examination Centres: Centre-based examinations will be conducted at designated centres across India. Students can choose their preferred city.

Language Support: Examinations follow the Program's Bilingual Policy, with each assessment available in both Hindi and English up to the BBA Degree level.

Notifications: All confirmed dates will be communicated via official email (@iimu.in or @iimu.ac.in) and updated on the student portal.
